Water purification

We managed to acquire a water purifier. Now at Tropical, water is purified for all standards at no cost, which has minimized water related diseases.

Art & Craft Classes

The school has started Art and Crafts classes to promote self reliance. Currently the students are making beads, bangles, tie & die, necklaces which are sold and the money is used by students to pay school fees.

New Streams

Tropical high school now has double streams .This has helped to ease crowds in class by regulating the number of students per stream.

New Stock

The school has stocked both the library and laboratories with new text books and chemicals/apparatus respectively.

Building

The school main building has been completed, The school now has an examination hall that can accomodate up to 150 candidates at ago.

Computers

25 more computers were purchased in addition to the 30 pieces
making it 55 pieces in total.

Brain buster quiz

Tropical High school is the champion of champions in Kampala district Brain buster quiz for all secondary schools, The school was rewarded with two colour TV Sets and U shs 1,600,000 for winning the Brain Buster championship, The U shs 1,600,000 was shared equally by the two students who represented the school each taking home U shs 800,000.only.
